RETURN POLICY

Right of Withdrawal

Dear customers, TeamAboo offers you the right to return ordered products within 14 calendar days from receiving them, without the need to provide a reason, in accordance with applicable legislation (OUG 34/2014).

This return policy applies to the website numesite.ro, owned by TeamAboo SRL. For more details, please also consult our Terms and Conditions page.

General Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, products must:

  • be in the same condition as received

  • show no signs of use

  • be in the original packaging with all included accessories

  • have intact seals (if applicable)

TeamAboo guarantees a refund of the product value if these conditions are met.

Return Procedure

Return requests must be made exclusively via WhatsApp at: 0741424033

After submitting your request, you will receive instructions and the return address.

⚠️ Important: Products must NOT be sent without prior confirmation via WhatsApp.

Return Shipping

  • The package must be sent without cash on delivery (COD)

  • Return shipping cost is borne by the customer

  • The customer may choose the courier company

  • The return must be delivered directly to the specified address

Customer Obligations

  • Keep proof of shipment

  • Provide the AWB tracking number

  • Respect the 14-day return period

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned product:

  • Refunds are processed within 14 calendar days

  • Payment is made via bank transfer

  • The IBAN must be provided via WhatsApp

Fees and Deductions

According to OUG 34/2014, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If the product is returned in a condition that prevents resale as new (e.g., damage, missing accessories, incomplete packaging), we reserve the right:

  • to refuse the return
    or

  • to deduct an amount to restore the product

Important

Do not use the product if you intend to return it.

The right of withdrawal allows you to inspect the product, as you would in a physical store, not to use it for 14 days for free.

  • AWB tracking number

  • refund details
