This website is operated by TeamAboo SRL.

By accessing and using this website and/or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Definitions

  • Seller – TeamAboo SRL

  • Customer – any individual or legal entity placing an order

  • Products – physical goods sold through the website

  • Order – a request submitted by the customer to purchase products

3. Conclusion of the Contract

The distance contract is considered concluded at the moment the order is confirmed by phone.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in certain situations (e.g., incomplete data, suspected fraud, inability to contact the customer).

4. Products and Availability

Products displayed on the website are for presentation purposes.

There may be slight differences between product images and the actual product.

Most products are imported from outside the European Union.

5. Prices

  • All prices are displayed in RON (Romanian Lei)

  • Prices may be changed without prior notice

  • Delivery costs may be charged separately

6. Payment

Payment is made cash on delivery (COD) at the time of receiving the product.

7. Delivery

  • Delivery is carried out via partner courier companies

  • Estimated delivery time: 1–5 business days

  • The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by courier services

8. Order Confirmation

Customers may be contacted by phone to confirm their order.

Failure to confirm may result in order cancellation.

9. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

According to applicable legislation (OUG 34/2014):

  • Customers have the right to return products within 14 calendar days

  • Products must be:

    • unused

    • in original packaging

    • without signs of wear

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless stated otherwise.

Refunds are processed within 14 days after receiving the returned product.

10. Non-Returnable Products

Returns are not accepted for:

  • hygiene products that have been unsealed

  • products damaged by the customer

  • used products

11. Warranty

Products benefit from warranty in accordance with applicable laws.

12. Complaints

13. Limitation of Liability

TeamAboo SRL is not responsible for:

  • improper use of products

  • delays caused by courier services

  • technical errors of the website

14. Disputes

Any disputes will be resolved amicably.

If no resolution is reached, disputes will be settled by the competent courts in Romania.

15. Consumer Protection (ANPC)

Customers may also submit complaints via the Romanian Consumer Protection Authority:

16. Changes
